Comfortable, Individualized Senior Living

“The thing that impresses me the most about The Willows is the fact that they care for each resident who lives there. I visit my grandmother and see how she is treated by the staff. They have all types of activities planned through out the day and she shows me things she made or tells me who came to entertain. In today’s society it’s hard to get good help and every where I go I see how help wanted signs posted. Yet, this place see’s that my grandmother is cared for and I have no complaints. The RN, who is in charge is nice to work with, and all the aids have been pleasant-they work very hard and I’m sure I couldn’t do what they do. My grandmother is happy, and cared for so me and my mom don’t have to worry about her being alone. That is worth its weight in gold.”

“All the staff provide outstanding service to my mother. I am so thankful and blessed for the wonderful and caring staff! Much of the staff have worked at the Willows for many years. That is a very good indicator of the quality of care the residents receive. Unfortunately so many nursing homes have such a high staff turnover rate. When the employees are valued and enjoy their jobs the residents benefit from this.”
